When I am browsing the likes of Goodreads, Amazon, Waterstones or any online bookstore and I’m practising some well-needed restraint, my wishlist grows. I place books on there to purchase later on and when I come round to look at it at a later date, I find it more extensive than I originally perceived it to be.
Alongside buying a lot of books these past couples of months, I have also placed some on the said wishlist that I’m hoping I won’t forget about because, trust me, that happens.
I don’t know if I’ll end up getting them on Kindle or in their physical entity but I know that if I get them one way or another, I’ll be happy.
Anyway, what are some of the most recent additions?
If I had a preference, I think I would want a book like Wild Beauty, The Goblins of Bellwater or The Silent Companions in paperback or hardback because the covers are stunning, and I would love to stare at them all day. We’re not supposed to care what the covers are like, but we all know they are what initially attracts us to a book and its subsequent purchase. Besides, there is no law about us wanting pretty-looking shelves.
Have you read any of these books?
What books have you recently added to your wishlist?
Thanks for reading and have a brazzle dazzle day!
